Why is it that the majority of you Harry Potter fans think Twilight is the lamest thing on the planet? I mean really what's the difference, besides the obvious? I would think you guys would be the most understanding to the Twi-hards around the world, but to the contrary you seem to be the ones who dish out the harshest of criticisms.
It's kind of sad to me, because I get it now, I get you when you check fansites ten times a day for updates, I get that you love to wear your Harry shirt around, and I get that you spend hours and hours writing and reading fan fiction and drawing fan art, and re-reading the books and watching the movies over and over...I GET THAT...but YOU don't. Harry Potter to you is like Twilight to me...except you give me hell for it, and that my wizard loving friends is lam-o.
Honestly, what is it? Do you feel threatened by it? is it the sparkling that you just can't handle? Not enough action to keep you interested? I understand that, if Edward being a sparkling vampire is too much for you, that's fine and dandy...but don't call it stupid, better yet, don't call me stupid for liking it. Especially when your boy is out wearing a cape shooting sparklers from a stick... :)
Don't get me wrong, I'm a HP fan. Have been for years, I'm just really getting fed up with HP fans going around crashing all the Twilight fun! Let it be, go be a HP fan and stop judging the Twilight fans, we're really no different.
Anyways, I'm going to keep this short, it's been a long day, but I want to hear from some HP fans...what's really the deal here guys? Why can't we just all get along?

I will say that i have been through both the twilight and the harry poter fandom. I had my days of obsessing over twilight, looksin sleep, going to release parties, and spanding countless dolars on merchandise. I have always loved Harry Potter, but twilight really held me. But then i realized that to me, ts just a series. Me owning every piece of merch or making it known that i like it doesnt make the series better or worse. I do like harry potter a lot ore than teilight but that is just personal preference that i am entitled to as a human being. I am disgusted at the fact of all of the slander against twilighters, not that it is against the seris, but against the people. All people have a right to an opinion, but not to be a loud mout opinionated jerk. Its no lie, i have badmouhed twilight before, and i will do i again, but i will never ever badmouth a person for liking the series unless i have an obvious reason to do so (ie: annoying loud and biased) For anyone that has an opinion about ither series, they should be happy to express them, but dont be so close minded, and dont hate. you really dont get anything out of smashmouthing anything, except for that piful feeling that you are above others.
